Head over to Boxi Park every Saturday morning from 10 to 11 AM with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in a variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. This Saturday, March 13 is a Club Pilates (Lake Nona) class! Complimentary mats will be provided for the class, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Classes are free, but space is limited to ensure proper social distancing.
